About Reorder Pages
Reorder Pages rearranges the pages of a PDF into a new sequence. Use it to fix pages that were scanned in the wrong order, to move a summary to the front of a report, or to put appendices where they belong.
How to use it
- Add the PDF you want to rearrange.
- In New page order, list every page number in the order you want, such as 3,1,2,4.
- Click Generate.
- Download the reordered PDF.
Good to know
- You must list every page exactly once. The tool reports how many pages the file has if the list is incomplete.
- If a page number appears twice, the tool points out which one so you can correct it.
- For a small change, such as moving one page, it is often faster to run the tool with the full new order written out once.
Common questions
How do I move the last page to the front?
For a 5-page document, enter 5,1,2,3,4. Page 5 comes first, followed by the rest in their original order.
Can I reverse the whole document?
Yes. List the pages from last to first, for example 5,4,3,2,1 for a five-page file.
